Today I would like us to cover on(although we like staying uncovered hehe) the constant worry of being found out liking and practicing the nudist lifestyle, either by family, friends, neighbours or even colleagues. It's all valid, trust you me we ALL go through it once in a while. The fear usually comes from anticipating a negative reaction, which in turn may tarnish our most cherished bubble of reputation. We cannot even imagine the chain reaction that may follow. From getting dirty looks, exile from family and community( the mind doesn't fail from going miles deep into the worst outcome hehe) or even quaking your employment situation.  So whenever you're indulging in this little aeration hobby of ours, your mind may wonder into all these 'what ifs' for the whole session, that you forget entirely the aim for it all.  To calm your mind from this turmoil, I'd like you to mentally or on paper, list all your fears around nudism and next to each,...

  Hey Nudies! How are you and how have you been?  Is it cold, warm or hot over there? Picked up a new hobby (of course I'm biasing you for it to be nudism hehe) ? Are you reading this blog sat on a chair/couch or lying in bed?
