What is Naturism?

Hello there, I hope you are as well as these little birds busy chirping in my backyard.

So, what is naturism?

Naturism is a lifestyle of living your daily life naked, while cleaning the house, doing laundry, basking in the sun, working out, doing yoga, reading, swimming etc. Can be amongst nature, either by yourself or with others. It's closely related and can go hand in hand with nudism, which has everything related to naturism, but now minus the nature part. In this blog, we are going to talk about the two merged together.

We have indoor naturism/nudism and outdoor naturism/nudism. In indoor, you practice non-sexual nudity within your house and in outdoor, it's a practice outside the house.

Butt...what are the benefits of naturism/nudism in the first place?

Naturism helps in the general well-being of the mind and body, in connection with body positivity.

We are brought up with a mindset that a nude body is a shameful body, that needs to be covered up and tucked away. Don't get me wrong, clothes do come in handy when it's cold, protection from a scorching sun or other environmental hazards and even expressing your fashion sense. But they shouldn't be used to hide away "your shame".

Your body is not sin and neither is it shame. Rather, it is beautifully and wonderfully made. Naturism helps you to realize and reinforce this. Bringing us to the point of the well-being of both the mind and body.

You will find yourself in a place of full acceptance of who you are and how you look, without on-screen or magazine comparisons of what beauty standards are. Instead, you become your own definition of beauty.

Where does Kenya come in all this?

Well, I'm writing this blog from the same location with the perspective of shame and taboo surrounding the topic. But I am sure after this insight, for those already practicing now have a title for it and newbies can take a test of the water too.

Remember to be as respectful as possible and mindful of other people's beliefs and standings while at it!

Until next time, bye!

The Easiest Way to Live and Enjoy a Naturist Lifestyle.

Hey there, I hope you're having a good time and by now probably have tried or at least thought about trying out naturism hehe. You may find yourself wondering how your family may take this, how your friends may take this, colleagues name it. But the thing is, we all, who are already in the lifestyle, have been here and it is why I'd like to share the easiest as butt-er path through it. Are you ready?....drums rolling.... DON'T MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT. The same way you'd carry on your daily life with clothes on is the same way you are to carry it on nude with bare skin. At least legally in your home, haha. Avoid overthinking about how you look or how you would appear to other people. The goal is to enjoy your body in it's fullest uncensored image. Bask in it, embrace your natural beauty and feel the freedom in and around you. Be a part of nature as you are meant to. Have fun!  Until next time, bye nudies.

How to start living as a naturist.

Hello there, hoping that you're having a good time!  If you are new to naturism, you may wonder to yourself, " Butt how do I go about it? Do I cannon ball right into the deep end or first begin with swimming the shallow end of the nude pool? Well, you crawl before you can walk or you may start with running a full sprint if you wanna haha. We can all agree that it's always easy taking off our fabric when going to take a bath/shower. It's so automatic that we don't even have to think about it. Well start with this moment. The next time that you are stepping out of the bathroom right after reading this blog, just when after you are in your bedroom and done oiling up, give yourself 20 seconds of full nudity before dressing up. During this period, walk around the room, just as you would clothed. After a few days when you're already used to this, try lengthening this time to your comfort. When this also turns into a norm, try walking to and from the bathroom totally ...
