It can restrict blood flow and act like a sponge, collecting all the sweat. This has been proven by research. When you sweat, your body releases toxins and by wearing tight workout clothes, you're actually weakening your skin by reabsorbing the sweat that is released by the body as you sweat.

Hello there, I hope that you're having a great time!  One way to do a nude forest walk is by finding a secluded and safe trail. You might feel worried about bumping into a stranger or two along the route, butt hey that's what adventure is all about hehe. Tag along a friend if it's possible. Trust me, the benefits are worth the shot. So how does it feel? Straight out the gate there's a sense of freedom, as if you've walked out of the shackles of your clothing.  The air feels nice and right on your skin like a long awaited reunion.  The trees and other vegetation feel friendly to you, like an extension of your body. The breeze is refreshing in blow after blow balancing the warmth of the sun if it is sunny.  Vulnerability is there, but with a beauty in it. You feel the freedom of not meeting anyone's expectations but your expectations 100%. When you come back to civilisation after this experience, you will be looking forward to more and more of it.
