I hope you're finding or trying to find joy wherever you are in this beautiful world.

You may feel obliged to spread awareness on this lifestyle to family, friends or even strangers! This is great, for it's a natural urge to belong to a community by even sometimes creating your own.

Butt... I'd caution you from 'recruitment'. Make the people of your choosing aware, although refrain from focusing the goal on bringing them aboard. I know it sounds like a bummer, hehe, but it will save you from disappointment and a ruin of experience.

Be grateful that you get to enjoy all the benefits that come with nudism and the ones interested will naturally come along the way. At least you'll be there to usher them in...**wink**

What is Naturism?

Naturism is a lifestyle of practicing non-sexual nudity amongst nature, either by yourself or with others. Hey there, I hope you're having a good time and by now probably have tried or at least thought about trying out naturism hehe. You may find yourself wondering how your family may take this, how your friends may take this, colleagues name it. But the thing is, we all, who are already in the lifestyle, have been here and it is why I'd like to share the easiest as butt-er path through it. Are you ready?....drums rolling.... DON'T MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT. The same way you'd carry on your daily life with clothes on is the same way you are to carry it on nude with bare skin. At least legally in your home, haha. Avoid overthinking about how you look or how you would appear to other people. The goal is to enjoy your body in it's fullest uncensored image. Hello there, I hope that you're having a great time! One way to do a nude forest walk is by finding a secluded and safe trail. You might feel worried about bumping into a stranger or two along the route, butt hey that's what adventure is all about hehe. Tag along a friend if it's possible. Trust me, the benefits are worth the shot. So how does it feel? Straight out the gate there's a sense of freedom, as if you've walked out of the shackles of your clothing. The air feels nice and right on your skin like a long awaited reunion. The trees and other vegetation feel friendly to you, like an extension of your body. The breeze is refreshing in blow after blow balancing the warmth of the sun if it is sunny. Vulnerability is there, but with a beauty in it. You feel the freedom of not meeting anyone's expectations but your expectations 100%. When you come back to civilisation after this experience, you will be looking forward to more and more of it.
